1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 1juta ("Platform", "we" or "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the 1juta website, mobile application, and all services provided by us.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or using any game or service on 1juta — whether via desktop, smartphone or any other device — you automatically confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all terms contained in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use 1juta, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be an individual and not a company, corporate body or any other entity acting on behalf of a third party.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as a professional representative in the gambling industry.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted by 1juta due to any previous breach of terms.
• Providing truthful, accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at 1juta. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and all balances and winnings being forfeited. 1juta reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your Malaysian identity card) at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

1juta accepts deposits via the following Malaysian digital payment methods, all processed in MYR:

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. There is generally no daily maximum deposit limit; however, 1juta reserves the right to set limits for specific accounts based on risk profile. All successfully processed deposits are final — 1juta is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers. You must ensure that the payment method used belongs to you — deposits using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4 Withdrawal of Winnings

Winnings from games played on 1juta can be withdrawn to your Malaysian bank account or registered e-wallet. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to your verified personal bank account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within under 5 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallets during normal operating hours.
• 1juta reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before withdrawals are permitted.

1juta does not charge any withdrawal processing fees. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own charges — please check with your provider. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds without further notice.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1juta offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following binding conditions:

• Welcome Bonus of up to RM500 – For new members' first deposit only. One account, one claim.
• Wagering Requirement – All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering rate is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• 5% Weekly Cashback – Calculated based on net weekly losses and credited every Monday. The cashback amount cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting the minimum wagering requirements.
• Bonus Validity Period – Every bonus has an expiry date. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within the validity period will expire automatically.
• 1juta reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved.

6 Game Rules

All games available at 1juta — including video slots, Live Casino, number games, and other games — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of every game is determined by an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been certified as fair by a recognised international testing body.
• Game results recorded by the 1juta server are final. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on the player's screen and the server records, the server records shall prevail.
• Technical disruptions such as internet disconnection, device issues or third-party interference during gameplay are not the responsibility of 1juta. Server records will be used to determine the status of any bets affected.
• The use of automation software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• 1juta reserves the right to void or suspend any bet reasonably suspected of involving fraud, system exploitation or unintentional technical error.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your 1juta account login credentials secure. This includes your password, OTP verification codes and any related information. Security measures you must observe:

9 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1juta platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple account registrations by the same individual for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or evading restrictions.
• Use of false identity information or borrowing another person's identity during registration.
• The use of automation software, bots or unauthorised methods to play or manipulate the system.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live or multiplayer games.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to deposit at 1juta (money laundering).
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of a 1juta account for business or commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

1juta reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, the cases outlined in Section 9 above.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 1juta reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, bonuses and winnings in the account. If closure is at the player's own request or for reasons unrelated to a terms breach, any legitimate balance will be refunded via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe upon completion of the verification process.

11 Liability Limits

1juta shall not be held liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from the following circumstances:

• Losses arising from a player's own negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.
• Game results that have been officially recorded by the 1juta server.
• Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the 1juta platform.

1juta's maximum total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
